[01] Terms
Participation and payment terms.
This page explains the application, payment, participation, withdrawal and learning-material rules for the programs.
[01] Scope
Review before payment
Before making payment, participants should review the current fee, schedule, program format and these terms. Individual organisational information is provided during the application process.
[02] Program and format
Project-based hybrid learning
The Professional Architecture and BIM Modelling with ARCHICAD program lasts 22 weeks, while the ARCHICAD and Interior Design program lasts 30 weeks. The planned hybrid format includes two online sessions and one in-person meeting each week. Exact days, times and the ARCHICAD version are announced before the program begins.
[03] Fees and payment
Full payment before teaching begins
The current fee is communicated during the application process through WhatsApp or another confirmed contact channel. Payment is made in full before teaching begins.
[04] Withdrawal and refunds
Refund before the start date
If a participant withdraws before the program begins, the payment is refunded. After teaching has begun, refund conditions are determined in accordance with the rules agreed with the participant and applicable law.
If the Academy cancels or significantly postpones a program, the matter is resolved individually with the participant, and the participant’s rights under applicable law remain unaffected.
[05] Participant responsibilities
A professional and safe learning environment
Participants must follow the schedule, communication rules and organisational instructions provided by the mentor. Sharing personal access details with third parties or disrupting the learning process is not permitted.
[06] Learning materials
Personal learning use only
Learning materials and the structure of the original curriculum are provided for personal learning. Unauthorised copying, distribution, sharing or sale of materials, session recordings or access details is prohibited; mandatory uses permitted by law remain unaffected.
[07] Organisational changes
Advance communication
Necessary changes to the schedule, instructor or delivery method are communicated to participants as early as reasonably possible. Material changes affecting the core duration or format of a program are explained separately.
[08] Law and contact
Mandatory rights remain protected
These terms are interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of the Republic of Azerbaijan and do not remove any participant right that cannot legally be limited.
