[01] Website
Data controller and purpose
Melograno Academy is the controller of account and application data. Data is processed to create a participant account, record interest in a specific program, assess the application, contact the participant and protect the service. For privacy questions, email info@melogranoacademy.com.
[02] Account and application
Data that is stored
The account stores first and last name, email, phone, selected language, consent time and a protected password hash. The application stores the program, attendance availability, current level, main learning expectation, reference code, status and consent time. Plain-text passwords, FIN codes and card details are not collected at this stage. Completed application details, excluding the password, are emailed to the designated administrator at info@melogranoacademy.com with the subject “[MÜRACİƏT] Yeni müraciət — {application code}”.
[03] Retention and rights
Period, correction and deletion
Account and application data is retained for up to 24 months after the last activity or until consent is withdrawn; where a legal duty applies, it may be retained only for the required period. To request access, correction, withdrawal of consent or deletion, email info@melogranoacademy.com from your account address. Eligible requests are completed after identity verification.
[04] External services and analytics
Hosting, notifications and usage statistics
The protected database and website run on Hostinger infrastructure; the application notification is delivered through Academy's domain-based email infrastructure to the designated administrator. WhatsApp and Google Maps links lead to external services. Google Analytics is activated only after separate analytics consent. Names, email addresses, phone numbers, passwords and free-text responses are not sent to analytics.
